We are living in extremely exciting days. Being on holiday is giving me plenty of time to reflect on recent happenings. I am so encouraged by the fact that God is clearly on the move and I find myself thirsty and even desperate for more of Him. For some time now I have prayed and longed for revival. There are so many who need to know that Jesus is the answer to any question that they happen to be asking. People need to be delivered from Satan’s domain into a sure and certain future with Christ. The people I speak of may well be close to you, your husband or wife, your children, a family member or a good friend. Real love however extends to the countless numbers of people who to you and I may be nameless faces. We have the great privilege of standing in the gap for them as we enthusiastically exercise all the wonderful spiritual gifts at our disposal. Now really is the time to Press In. We press in by taking every opportunity to pray, by learning all we can about the Saviour whom we serve, by putting all that we have learned into practice and by being expectant that God will use us in a variety of different ways. So how thirsty are you? How willing are you to be in the front line of availability to God? May God bless you as you Press In.
